- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am military and my wife went through hell at first, trying to close our bank account because we were relocated and could no longer use this bank. Customer Service steered her wrong a few times giving her inacurate information about how to close the account. It caused a big problem---MORAL OF THE STORY---don't take no for an answer. keep calling around until you find someone at the company willing to go the extra mile to help you. After speaking with several agents, we contacted Sewickley Dollar Bank and spoke with a female manager---SHE WAS AWESOME. She made sure to listen and understand my wifes situation and she made it simple to close the account. She was very reasonable and used common sense.
